Based on this information, we prepare a detailed cost calculation, factoring in material expenses, production time, labour hours, and transport. You’ll then receive a clear, transparent quotation, so you know exactly what to expect from day one. No hidden costs, no surprises, just straightforward agreements.
2. Preparation
From idea to blueprint
Once you approve the quotation, your project moves to our technical drawing department. Using the dimensions, site details, and other specifications you provide, we create a fully detailed set of construction drawings.
These drawings serve as the blueprint for our workshop, covering every component of the structure with a focus on ease of assembly and efficient transport. Every part is numbered and accompanied by clear instructions, so our workshop team knows exactly what goes where. This meticulous preparation minimises errors during production and installation, ensuring a smooth build on-site.
3. Workshop

In our in-house workshop, designs take physical shape. Using the technical drawings, our skilled craftsmen cut timber, machine panels, and assemble structures by hand. Each piece is individually numbered, making it traceable during transport, assembly, and even dismantling.
This organised approach guarantees that every panel ends up in the right place. Quality and precision are at the heart of everything we do, whether it’s a temporary stage element or a large-scale themed installation, the workshop is where the foundation for the final result is laid.
4. Decoration

Once the construction is complete, the project moves to our decoration department. Here, colour, texture, and atmosphere are added. Our decorators work with the colour codes and graphic files you provide. Don’t have them yet? We’ll help you select the right colours and finishes, always with your approval before moving forward.

We also coordinate planning: what needs to be where, and when, to ensure the installation process runs seamlessly. With our experience in managing complex projects, we can adapt quickly and anticipate any challenges.

Give your set a second life
Using a set just once and then throwing it away? What a waste. That’s why Re-Create offers storage and reuse options for your old installations. Whether it’s for brand activations, trade fair stands, or temporary displays, we make sure your materials don’t go to waste.
We can store your set in our warehouse for future use. Need it adapted for a new project? No problem. We can also prepare it for rental or recycle it into new elements. This way, you get the most out of your investment while contributing to a more sustainable production process.
