About the project
On behalf of the client, we were approached to build four different stages (Arena Stage, Ceremony Stage, Fanzone Stage, Hospitality Stage) for the F1 Dutch GP in Zandvoort. Needless to say, all stages had to be of sublime quality, where the decoration and light and LED technology perfectly integrated. Between the final GO and delivery on site was only a mere three weeks – a very short time frame. But, as true racing enthusiasts, we couldn’t say no to this!

We created amazing things!
What did we do?
We took care of the complete production of the four stages, from the initial design to the final delivery on site. Our in-house specialists used their expertise to ensure that the high-quality requirements were met, while at the same time ensuring that the tight time frame was met. The Arena Stage was the largest stage, and our team built it on site. The other three stages were prefabricated in our workshop, and we delivered and installed them on site. To create a perfect show, the lighting technology and LED screens were integrated with great precision, resulting in an impressive spectacle for everyone.
How did we do this?
First, we worked together with the client to coordinate all decorations with the other disciplines (scaffolding, rigging, LED). From this common starting point, we took care of the development and realization of all technical drawings, including assembly drawings and weight calculations. We then handled the complete prefabrication in-house. All materials were custom-milled from the technical drawings and tested in test setups in our workshop. Then all materials were given high-quality spray and painting work. In addition, we coordinated all DTP work, including the preparation of outlines and cutting print files. All materials were then packed carefully and clearly and transported to the circuit. On-site, our professionals took care of the complete assembly and disassembly of all stages.
