Bespoke event set build for corporate events

Your concept, our production. We build the physical world your event needs.

Concept from you, realisation from us

You have the concept. We build it. Create produces bespoke event set build for brand activations, product launches, corporate events and temporary retail environments. We work for brands that want to tell their story physically, for agencies looking for a strong production partner, and for producers who need hands-on craft expertise on site.

What we build for corporate events

Create builds the set that makes your event recognisable — in photographs, on location, and in the memory of everyone who attended. We deliver bespoke production for product launches, kick-offs, anniversaries, trade shows and corporate events, from a targeted branded zone to a complete event fit-out.

Branded zones & scene-setting

From branded stages to scenography that draws visitors in, we build environments that bring your brand to life and leave a lasting impression.

Who we work for

We produce set builds for the people who put a corporate event together. That includes marketing teams organising a product launch or anniversary, event producers delivering a corporate event or internal kick-off, and agencies working on behalf of a brand at a trade show, congress or internal event. What they all have in common: a tight deadline, a venue they did not build themselves, and an end result that has to look professional.

Our role is not creative or conceptual. The concept, the brand guidelines, the message — our clients bring those. We make sure the physical execution is right: the set stands the way it was intended, it looks sharp on camera, and the build on the day itself runs without issues.

How we approach bespoke set build

Set build for a corporate event has to be ready on the day — quick to assemble, with no surprises, looking sharp from start to finish. That is what we steer towards, from the first drawing to the final screw on site.

We prefabricate each set as far as possible in our workshop. Individual components, numbered, with a clear assembly sequence. As a result, the crew on site knows exactly how it all goes together, and no time is wasted searching or improvising on the build day.

Finish is part of the promise. Not “good enough for live”, but good enough for the eye of the press photographer, the camera crew and the guests who will put it on LinkedIn. We build for the eyes that will be on it.

Reusable where possible

Much of what we build can have a second life. Components that are ready for reuse after a tour, set elements that serve a next campaign with a fresh finish, storage between seasons. From the start of a project, we already think about what happens after the show. That is better for the environment and often better for the budget of a follow-up activation as well.

01

You know who is on your project

You know which people are on your project on which day. One point of contact who knows the project from start to finish.

02

You know when something is ready

You know when something is ready. Our planning keeps its promises, and the workshop prefabricates so build day runs smoothly.

03

You know where you stand

We tell you when something is not possible, instead of promising it and solving it on the day. Honest about feasibility, every time.

Why clients work with us

What sets us apart is not a creative concept — our clients often bring that themselves. What we add is the execution: a workshop that handles bespoke production, a team that understands materials and technique, and a planning that delivers on what it promises. You know which people are on your project on which day. You know when something will be ready. And you know that we will say so if something is not possible, rather than promising it and working it out on the day.

Let’s create amazing things together.

Yes. Every set we produce is tailored to the brand, the audience and the venue. We work from your brand guidelines and concept — not from a catalogue.

Yes. We bring production, planning, transport, build and on-site use into the conversation from the first meeting. That prevents a strong concept from running into practical limits on the day of the show.

Where the concept allows for it, we build modular. Individual components can then be reused for a next city or edition, resulting in faster assembly and lower transport volume.

Yes. Many projects are developed with a second life in mind from the outset. Components can be stored, reused or repurposed with a new finish for a follow-up activation.

Yes. We work directly for brands and for creative agencies, activation studios and corporate event producers. In many cases we are the production partner behind a concept that is already in place.

Yes. Our workshop and planning are set up for both compact productions and larger projects with multiple set components or locations. For more extensive trajectories, we scale the project team and production crew accordingly.
